The videos available for viewing from our Health Education page are also available for download as MP4 files. You can view these downloaded video files when your computer is not connected to the internet.

Please note: When your computer is connected to the internet, you will find it easier to view the videos from our Health Education page.

To download the videos, do the following:

• Right-click the link after the name of the video you want to download.
  Note: If you left-click the link, your browser will try to play the video rather than download it.
• If your internet browser is:
  

  Internet Explorer, choose "Save target as..."
  Firefox, choose "Save link as..."
  Safari, choose "Download linked file"
  

• Choose a location on your computer's hard disk to save the file and click "Save".
• If you encounter difficulties playing the video file, you can download VLC, a free, open-source video player.
